To keep things streamlined I have a process I generally plan to follow on this mod.

1. Writing team assembly.
2. Begin Story-boarding and character design.
3. Asset team assembly.
4. Simultaneous creation of texture assets that are known to be needed and story which is needed.
5. Advanced asset creation, as the story is written we will better know what we need as well as create a list of what needs to be made from scratch.
6. Object creation and addition via 3d modeling.
7. Texturing and testing of new objects and items.
8. Creation Kit team assembly.
9. Creation of new NPCs.
10. Scripting and combining of various assets to begin. New Cells, NPCs and character assets developed and placed with the CK.
11. Voice acting team assembled.
12. Scripts divulged to acting team
13. Internal testing of non voiced integrated mod.
14. Addition of voice over work.
15. Testing and polish.
16. Release.




This is of course subject to revision.

I would post more but I have a flight to catch in 3 hours, talk more form California.

yes im a big fan of having plan.

I also think it important and you have it covered here to test before getting actors to voice out dialog. Weather it be in the form of text or some place holder voices what ever works.

That is precisely the plan. to test it with text, no use in getting quality VA recordings if the guts are crashing. Jet lag, need sleep now lol. What a terrible way to travel. I hate flying.
